Objective: To oversee and manage the daily operations and tasks related to property management, ensuring maximum efficiency, tenant satisfaction, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Tenant Relations:

  1. Address tenant concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  2. Ensure timely and effective communication between the property management team and tenants.
  3. Oversee and execute lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
  4. Handle tenant move-ins and move-outs smoothly, ensuring minimal property vacancy.

Property Maintenance:

  1. Schedule regular inspections and maintenance of properties.
  2. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for necessary repairs or improvements.
  3. Ensure that properties meet health and safety standards.

Financial Management:

  1. Collect rent and other dues on time.
  2. Monitor and manage property expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  3. Provide regular financial reports to property owners or senior management.
  4. Assist in setting budgets and financial forecasting.

Administrative Duties:

  1. Maintain accurate and updated records of tenants, properties, transactions, and contracts.
  2. Coordinate with legal teams for lease agreements, evictions, and other property-related legal matters.
  3. Stay updated on local property regulations and ensure compliance.

Marketing & Vacancy Management:

  1. Collaborate with marketing teams to advertise property vacancies.
  2. Oversee property showings for potential tenants.
  3. Implement strategies to reduce property vacancies and increase tenant retention.

Vendor Relations:

  1. Negotiate contracts with service providers to ensure quality work at cost-effective prices.
  2. Maintain good relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.

Continuous Improvement:

  1. Stay updated with the latest trends in property management and attend relevant training or seminars.
  2. Propose and implement improvements in processes or services based on feedback and observations.


  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
