Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented company incorporation service specialist to join our organization. The Company Incorporation Service Specialist will be responsible for providing support and assistance to clients in their incorporation process, helping them register their businesses, and providing corporate governance advice. The successful candidate will ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted to the relevant authorities in order to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform incorporation services, including researching and analyzing relevant laws and regulations, drafting corporate documents, and filing them with the relevant authorities
  2. Assist clients in the formation of their business, including the preparation of the necessary documents and the filing of the Articles of Incorporation
  3. Provide advice and support on corporate governance matters, including corporate structures, shareholder agreements, and other corporate documents
  4. Liaise with clients to ensure their understanding of the incorporation process and necessary regulatory requirements
  5. Monitor and track company transactions to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  6. Respond to client inquiries about incorporation services.
  7. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations related to corporate governance and advise clients accordingly

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field 
  2. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  3. Knowledge of corporate law and regulations
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  6. Highly organized and detail-oriented
  7. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
